Hill Physicians Automated Feed (RSS Channels) Terms of Use

By downloading one or more RSS Feed ("HPMG-RSS") from Hill P hysicians Medical Group, including HillPhysicians.com or other electronic communications from Hill Physicians, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, do not download or subscribe to HPMG-RSS. Hill Physicians reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice.

1. LIMITED LICENSE USE:

Subject to the terms of these Terms, Hill Physicians Medical Group grants you a limited, revocable, nontransferable, royalty-free, nonexclusive license to display HPMG-RSS in your news aggregator, or on your on your website or blog, with certain limitations. HPMG-RSS is provided primarily for the purpose of allowing you to view selected content for personal, noncommercial use and for display on commercial sites that are not attempting to promote, advance or sell a product or service. Use and distribution, in any form, is granted only in compliance with the license restrictions below, which may be amended at any time solely at Hill Physicians’ discretion.

2. TERMS, CONDITIONS & EXCLUSIONS:

You agree not to associate HPMG-RSS or Hill Physicians with any content that might harm the reputation of Hill Physicians Medical Group. HPMG-RSS content may not be presented in such a way that it may be reasonably inferred that Hill Physicians is endorsing the information or the point-of-view of the displaying site or surrounding content. Such determinations are solely at the discretion of Hill Physicians Medical Group.
HPMG-RSS feeds or content from HillPhysicians.com or any other materials from Hill Physicians may not be sublicensed in any form.• You may not directly or indirectly distribute HPMG-RSS in any way that may give a viewer the impression that any entity other than Hill Physicians is the publisher or owner of the content.
You may not remove or conceal any copyright or other proprietary notice or source included in the HPMG-RSS feed.
Hill Physicians reserves the right to object to your presentation of the HPMG-RSS feed and the right to require you to cease using the RSS feeds at any time at its sole discretion and without liability. Hill Physicians, at its sole discretion and without notice, may block your access to HPMG-RSS.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that HPMG-RSS availability is subject to change at Hill Physicians’ sole discretion. Hill Physicians reserves the right to discontinue HPMG-RSS at any time without notice, at its sole discretion.

HPMG-RSS is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Title, ownership, and any and all intellectual property rights associated with HPMG-RSS shall remain at all times with Hill Physicians Medical Group. All content on HillPhysicians.com or from other Hill Physicians materials remain the property of Hill Physicians Medical Group and no use of the Hill Physicians logo, wordmark, tagline or name is granted for any use whatsoever.
