Adding an RSS Feed in Microsoft Internet Explorer
Microsoft Explorer users can subscribe to RSS feeds in several ways. Click the RSS channel that you want. A screen will appear giving you three choices: “Add this Feed to iGoogle”, “Subscribe to this Feed in Google Reader” and “Subscribe to this Feed.” For iGoogle or Google Reader additions, you will need to be logged into your Google account to add the selected Hill Physicians RSS feed. If you choose “Subscribe to this Feed”, you will see a pop-up box asking you to confirm the subscription. Click “Subscribe” to complete the process and it will be added to the RSS reader within Microsoft Explorer.
Adding an RSS Feed to Personal Google Homepage (all browsers)
Click the RSS channel that you want. Highlight and copy the shortcut link that is displayed. Go to your personal Google homepage. Click "Add content" or "Personalize your Google homepage." Click "Create a Section" in the list that appears and a text box will be displayed for you to "enter a feed." Paste your RSS shortcut into the text box. Click "Go." The RSS will be added to your personal Google homepage. Repeat for each of the channels that you want to add from Hill Physicians.
Adding an RSS Feed to My Yahoo! (all browsers)
Click the RSS channel that you want. Highlight and copy the shortcut link that is displayed. Go to you’re my Yahoo page and click "Add Content." A page and link will appear that says “Add RSS by URL." Click that link and paste the RSS shortcut into the resulting text box. Click "Add." The RSS will be added to your My Yahoo homepage. Repeat for each of the channels that you want to add from Hill Physicians.
Adding an RSS Feed in Firefox
Firefox should autodetect the available RSS feeds and display the RSS icon near your browser’s status window. Click the feed you want and the “Live Bookmark” or “Add Bookmark” box will appear. Click “OK” to add to the Bookmark file. If your Firefox browser is not showing the orange icon for some reason, you can add the feed manually. Select "New Live Bookmark..." in the Bookmarks Manager and enter the URL of the feed.
