You’ll find Hill-affiliated doctors in your neighborhood, near work, around exceptional community hospitals and at academic medical centers.

Find a New Doctor

When you enroll in an HMO, Medicare Advantage or managed Medi-Cal plan, you will be asked to select a medical group and a Primary Care Physician (PCP). This is the doctor you will see for routine care. Through your Hill-affiliated doctor, you will have hassle-free referrals to nearby Hill specialists and have access to exceptional hospitals.

Use our Physician Directory to choose a great primary care doctor. Inside each PCP's profile, you will find the information you need to complete the enrollment process.

Look Up a Doctor You Already Know

Have you lost touch with a doctor that you really liked?  You may be able to choose that doctor through Hill Physicians so that you've got both the doctor and the medical group you want.

You can look up a doctor you already know by last name, or by using the drop-down menus to find the name of the doctor or the practice.

Tips on Choosing a PCP

Primary Care Physicians include several different types of doctors. You may wish to refine your search to one of these areas, depending on your needs.

Once you have selected a PCP, talk to him or her about your hospital preferences.

  • Family Practice
Provides primary care for all ages and conditions.
  • General Practice
Provides primary care for all ages and conditions, particularly those with multiple health issues.
  • Internal Medicine
Provides primary care, with a focus on adults, and those with multiple health issues.
  • Pediatrics
Primary care for infants, children and adolescents, usually up to 18 years of age.
  • Adolescent Medicine
Primary care with an emphasis on caring for children, usually from the later years of elementary school through early college.
