Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) try to keep your out-of-pocket expenses and overall healthcare costs low by emphasizing preventive care to keep you healthy. HMO plans ensure that all of their contracted providers abide by the same guidelines when it comes to the quality of care and the cost of their services. Most plans offer members relatively low co-pays for office visits, low or no deductibles, and many diagnostic tests are paid for at 100% or close to it. Typically there are no claim forms, so the paperwork and billing process is often simpler than with PPO plans.

How to Enroll with Hill Physicians

During enrollment with your health plan
If you’re new to your insurance plan or completing the annual open-enrollment process, simply select Hill Physicians Medical Group on your HMO enrollment form.

You can switch to Hill Physicians at any time.
To change medical groups, simply contact your health plan’s customer service department (listed on the back of your insurance card). Your health plan may also require you to select a primary care physician. Our Physician Directory can help you find one near you.
