Welcome to Hill Physicians Medical Group new members! If you are a new member, we recommend following these tips to make sure you are getting the most out of Hill Physicians and your healthcare experience.

Make an appointment with your primary care provider.

The sooner you visit your doctor, the better. Your primary care physician is your go-to for everything related to your health, including preventive screenings, immunizations, and tests. Know your hospital and urgent care options.

Make sure to talk to your doctor about their recommendations for what you should do when you need care, and their office is closed or you can’t get an appointment. We contract with dozens of hospitals and urgent care centers so you can get care when you need it. We’re committed to helping you stay healthy when you’re feeling good and helping you get healthy when you’re not feeling your best. That’s why have specially designed Care Management Programs and Pharmacy and Other Health Services. Know that you will probably hear from us sometime in the near future – we send out occasional reminders to our members to help them stay on top of important preventive screenings.​

We’re committed to providing you with high-quality care in accordance with current best practices. We encourage all members to be active participants in their health, which includes knowing their rights and responsibilities as a member.
