Keeping your Hill Physicians Doctor

Good news -  You don’t have to stop seeing your Hill Physicians doctor when you enroll in a Medicare Advantage HMO plan! Our network of physicians accept Original Medicare as well as many Medicare Advantage plans so you don’t have to go searching for a new doctor or specialist when enrolling. Just be sure to keep Hill Physicians as your Medical Group. 

If you are enrolling in a Medicare Advantage plan and want to keep your current doctor, our online directory can help. 

1. Choose your plan and Medicare product.
2. Click on "All Primary Care Physicians."
3. Choose your county - and your city to narror the search.
4. Find your doctor and click on "View Enrollment Information..."

Print out the page with your doctor's name and enrollment information. If you show that to your Medicare Advantage representative it will ensure you get the doctor of your choice and make enrollment easier!
