Quality Improvement
As a healthcare organization, Hill Physicians works rigorously with our physicians and their practices to ensure the highest standards of care for our members.
The Quality Improvement Committee (QIC) is an interdisciplinary committee that initiates necessary program improvements, recommends policy decisions and works with staff to implement practices shown to promote the highest standards of care. The committee identifies national as well as regional trends, establishes QIC initiatives and develops activities to positively impact health services related to the QIC initiatives.
The QIC membership comprises both primary care physicians and specialists. The QIC meets 10 times per year.
