Pay for Performance
Our network physicians continually perform well in clinical measures and patient satisfaction, as measured by California’s Integrated Healthcare Association (IHA). Hill Physicians received $2.4 million in Pay for Performance funds from our affiliated health plans under the statewide IHA Pay for Performance initiative in 2010.
That same year we distributed $36.2 million to our physicians, primarily to reward them for increased numbers of patients receiving screenings for chronic diseases and for adopting technologies that improve office and patient care efficiencies.
