Recognized again as an industry leader by the California Integrated Healthcare Association, Hill Physicians remains the largest and most successful Independent Physician Association (IPA) in Northern California.
Our members know that “getting more” is not just a marketing slogan. The healthcare industry is rapidly changing. We’re moving even faster. Right now, interdisciplinary teams across our organization are working on the next generation of patient-centered care. Some of it makes national news, but most of it happens behind the scenes.
Highlights of 2011 Include:
- $11.6 million in net income on $481 million in revenue;
- Over $44 million paid in performance compensation to our doctors for improving efficiency and achieving quality of care metrics;
- Over $11 million invested in practice-based technology solutions;
- Our partnership with Blue Shield and CHW designed to reduce medical costs for CalPERS enrollees continued to exceed expectations, saving over $8 million; and,
- Once again we were named one of the ‘Top Performing’ medical groups in California.
