Electronic Authorizations Tool
Access Express is the newest web-based application in Hill Physicians’ suite of eSolutions available to Hill Physicians practices. Access express replaces the Hill inSite function for electronic authorization submission.
Here are some of the benefits your practice will experience when using Access Express:
Instant transmission of your request from your office directly into the Hill Physicians system.
Instant approval on specified criteria requests.
Improved response time. Know what is going on with the authorization request whether it be approved or pended for additional information.
Upload attachments to Authorization Requests.
No waiting at the fax machine or phone.
Guidance upon authorization submission on the contracted or preferred providers/vendors.
Getting Started with Access Express
Access Express will be released in phases throughout late 2010 and 2011. Hill Physicians will keep you informed of upcoming training dates and as your go live date approaches. Our priority is to provide you with ample support and training as you transition to the new authorization submission tool. If you are already using Hill inSite to submit Authorization Requests, you will automatically be switched over to Access Express on your go-live date. There is no need to notify Hill Physicians to start using Access Express.
Training and Support Information
Our goal is to make this transition as seamless as possible. Training will be available via live web-conference before you start using Access Express. Training guides, pre-recorded training sessions and User Tip Sheets will be available to you prior to going live with Access Express. Hill Physicians will be in contact with you as available training dates and go dates become available.
