Hill inSite: Easy Eligibility and Authorization
Hill inSite is a secured web portal to many of the tools you’ll want for smooth practice administration. Not using Hill inSite yet? Click here to request a user ID. Fax or email the completed forms to your Practice Support Advisor.
Through inSite you can:
Verify health plan eligibility, co-payments and benefits;
Submit and check on authorization requests without the hassle of faxing (eAuth);
Check claims status;
Access clinical care guidelines;
Receive electronic explanations of benefits(eEOB);
Receive direct deposit of fee-for-service claims payments with notifications of electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments directly on the desktop;
Review their current patient listings (primary care physicians only);
Access RelayHealth for ePrescribing, eReferrals and online communications with patients;
Print patient education materials on common conditions;
See the schedule of teleclasses for patient education and support;
Post a job for positions within your practice for easier recruitment;
Request Spectrum Health Network monitors for your patient waiting area or make changes to the local slides being displayed;
Read the latest Practice Update newsletter so you are always up-to-date with key announcements.
