Hill inSite: Easy Eligibility and Authorization

Hill inSite is a secured web portal to many of the tools you’ll want for smooth practice administration.  Not using Hill inSite yet? Click here to request a user ID.  Fax or email the completed forms to your Practice Support Advisor.

 Through inSite you can:

  • Verify health plan eligibility, co-payments and benefits;
  • Submit and check on authorization requests without the hassle of faxing (eAuth);
  • Check claims status;
  • Access clinical care guidelines;
  • Receive electronic explanations of benefits(eEOB);
  • Receive direct deposit of fee-for-service claims payments with notifications of electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments directly on the desktop;
  • Review their current patient listings (primary care physicians only);
  • Access RelayHealth for ePrescribing, eReferrals and online communications with patients;
  • Print patient education materials on common conditions;
  • See the schedule of teleclasses for patient education and support;
  • Post a job for positions within your practice for easier recruitment;
  • Request Spectrum Health Network monitors for your patient waiting area or make changes to the local slides being displayed;
  • Read the latest Practice Update newsletter so you are always up-to-date with key announcements.

Hill inSite Hardware and Software Requirements

Computer (CPU) 586 PC (100mhz or higher)
Operating system Microsoft Windows 98, 2000, NT or XP
RAM (memory) 64 megabytes
Hard drive capacity 100 megabytes free space available
Modem 56 kbps
Monitor 15” or larger; 17” is recommended
Video card 800 x 600 x 65,000 colors minimum, 1024 x 768 resolution is recommended
Multimedia No recommendations at this time. Hill inSite does not have sound or video requirements.
Browser Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.x.  (v.7 or greater reccomended)
Internet service provider (ISP) Any reliable ISP. Hill inSite does not support NetZero or Juno.
Phone Any single dedicated phone line (data line, if possible). DSL or faster is recommended.
Printer (for printing eEOB) Laser printer

* If you will be accessing the Internet from a networked PC in your office, please contact your network technical support for assistance in accessing the Internet.
