- Physician: If you are a Hill Physicians provider, you are already registered.
- Mid-level practitioner: Complete the provider registration form. Your practice administrator or RelayHealth will approve your registration and assign you to the appropriate practice group during the configuration process.
- Office staff: Complete the staff registration form. Your practice administrator or RelayHealth will approve your registration and assign you to the appropriate practice group during the configuration process.
