Rosemary-Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 small garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Zest of ½ lemon
Salt and ground pepper to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, zest, garlic, rosemary, honey and vinegar. Gradually whisk in olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
