Ingredients
2-1/4 cup whole wheat elbow macaroni
1 cup skim milk
3/4 cup shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup shredded reduced fat Monterey Jack cheese
1/3 cup shredded American cheese
1/3 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp ground white pepper
Directions
Cook the macaroni according to the package directions, drain, and return to the pot. Add the milk, cheddar, jack, mozzarella, and American cheeses, and the pepper. Cover and heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the cheeses are melted through, about 5 minutes.
