Watermelon Pops

Ingredients

3 3/4 c. chopped seedless watermelon (rind removed)
2 tablespoons lime juice
1-2 tablespoons sugar substitute or honey (to taste) 
1 c. fresh blueberries 

Directions

Puree watermelon, lime juice and sweetener to taste in a food processor or blender until smooth. Place a few blueberries in the bottom of BPA-free popsicle molds. Top with the watermelon mixture. Insert the sticks and freeze until completely firm, about 6 hours. Dip the mold in warm water briefly to release the pops.
