Crispy Oven-Fried Chicken

Ingredients

1/3 cup fine, dry seasoned bread crumbs
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon lite salt mixture (e.g. Morton's Lite Salt Mixture)
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons nonfat milk
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°. In a plastic food bag mix crumbs, flour and lite salt. In a shallow bowl, mix egg with milk. Dip each chicken breast into egg mixture, then into crumb mixture. Place coated chicken on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake for 25 minutes, turning once.
