Ingredients

1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 cup unsweetened orange juice
1 medium banana
Sugar substitute equal to 1/2 cup sugar (e.g., 6 packets Equal)
1 cup ice cubes

Directions

In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
