1. Choose an HMO for Your Health Plan

Hill Physicians accepts Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Cigna, Health Net, PacifiCare by United Healthcare and Western Health Advantage.

2. Select Hill Physicians as Your Medical Group

When you enroll, your HMO will ask you to Select a Medical Group. This selection may be indicated on a paper enrollment form or online.

Already have an HMO?

If you are already enrolled in an HMO, you can simply call your plan and make a switch to Hill Physicians over the phone.

3. Choose a Primary Care Physician (PCP)

Hill Physicians offers nearly 1,000 primary care physicians across Northern California. Use our online physician directory to find a PCP in your region.  You will see enrollment information within the profile of each primary care physician.
