Many of these doctors provide online communication so that you can request appointments, seek request prescription refills and even ask questions from your computer.
Flexibility is built into Hill Physicians. You can self-refer to anyone in our network for vision, mental health and OB/GYN services. If your primary care doctor refers you to one of our specialists, there’s no waiting for administrative authorization in most cases. If you ever decide to change PCPs, you can easily switch to another Hill provider without loosing access to the value-added conveniences that Hill offers.

Choose Hill for Your Family’s Health.
Choose Hill during enrollment with your health plan. If you’re new to your insurance plan or completing the annual open-enrollment process, simply select Hill Physicians Medical Group on your HMO enrollment form. Then pick your primary care physician with our online Physician Directory.
You can switch to Hill Physicians at any time. To change medical groups, simply contact your health plan’s customer service department (listed on the back of your insurance card). Tell them you want Hill Physicians as your medical group. You may be able to keep your current physician, or you may be asked to select one from our Physician Directory.
