All of the information entered by you and Hill Physicians is displayed in the History box in descending order, with the oldest entry displaying first. Each entry is time stamped with the date, time, initials and category.

In the Comments box there is a free text box for current comments. This section will be used if the practice needs to respond to Hill Physicians, or to reopen a case by entering comments.
