Blondies (no sugar added)
Ingredients
12 dates, pitted and chopped
1-1/2 cup unsweetened yogurt nonfat
½ cup almond butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
½ cup almond meal
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Puree dates, yogurt, almond butter and vanilla in the blender. Combine flour, almond meal, baking powder salt and nuts. Stir the date mixture into dry ingredients until combined. Spray a baking pan with Pam. Pour batter into the pan. Bake at 350 F. for 20-25 minutes.
