Blondies (no sugar added)    

​12 dates, pitted and chopped
1-1/2 cup unsweetened yogurt nonfat
½ cup almond butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
½ cup almond meal
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1/3 cup chopped walnuts ​

​Puree dates, yogurt, almond butter and vanilla in the blender. Combine flour, almond meal, baking powder salt and nuts. Stir the date mixture into dry ingredients until combined. Spray a baking pan with Pam. Pour batter into the pan. Bake at 350 F. for 20-25 minutes.​
