Low Carb Coffee Milkshake

Make your own healthier whipped coffee drink at home. Customize the strength and the sweetness by adjusting the amount of coffee and sweetener. 

2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
2 tablespoons low carb sugar substitute (replace with agave, honey or stevia to taste)
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
1 cup low carb vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup almond milk
2 teaspoons dark cocoa powder

Mix all ingredients in blender.
Pour into tall glass. Top with shaved a little whip cream, cocoa and a sprig of mint.
