Our esteemed physicians are ready to provide you with care for non-life-threatening conditions. This is important to you as it means your health records and appointment notes are transferred to your Hill Physician Primary Care Physician, should you have one, emphasizing personalized care.
What Are the Highlights of Our Virtual Care?
- Quick Access to Video Care: Patients over 18 years old can easily access online video care from the comfort of their homes by signing in online.
- Easy Scheduling through MyHillChart: Patients can schedule appointments with trusted HillChart physicians and advanced practice providers, ensuring they receive personalized care.
- Convenient Availability: Our Virtual Care is open Mon-Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM. Patients can be seen typically within 2 hours up to 3 days, ensuring timely access to healthcare services.
- Covered by Insurance: Hill Physician members are covered by their insurance, including Commercial, PPO, Medicare FFS & Medicare Advantage (Medi-Cal is not accepted).
- Connection to your Primary Care Physician: Virtual Care patients with an established Primary Care Physician within the Hill Physicians Network can rest assured knowing that their doctor will be notified of the health visit and can chart notes, ensuring continuity of care.
- User-Friendly Check-in Process: Our Virtual Care eCheck-in process is identical to the MyHillChart scheduling workflow, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our members.
