Gregg Smith-McCurdy

Gregg Smith-McCurdy joined PriMed and Hill Physicians as chief information officer in August of 2019. He is responsible for providing strategic oversight to all information systems and projects— such as HillChart and the Provider Portal — and all information systems teams, including Provider Applications and Support; IS Technology Development; Corporate Applications, Data and Integrations; Enterprise Security, Infrastructure and Operations; and Enterprise Project Management. Gregg brings over 30 years of experience in leading and managing healthcare IT organizations. He was formerly the chief information officer for Sutter Health Shared Services, where he spent the last fifteen years of his career. Before Sutter Health, Gregg played a leadership role at UCSF Medical Center, UCSF/Stanford Healthcare and several other healthcare consulting and software vendors. Gregg received his BSBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management. He is a certified healthcare CIO (CHCIO) through the College of Health Information Management Executives (CHIME) and is a member of both CHIME and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). ​
