Mary Horner, MD

Mary Horner, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist in private practice in Sacramento, California. Her educational background includes Emory University, where she graduated cum laude in Business; UC Davis School of Medicine, where she finished in the top 10% of her class; and residency training at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, where she served as Chief Resident. Early in her training, Dr. Horner developed an interest in the surgical treatment of skin cancers and gained expertise in managing inflammatory skin diseases. She is passionate about partnering with patients to make evidence-based clinical decisions together.

She has served on Hill Physicians' Board of Directors since 2024 and is a member of the Nominating Committee and Utilization Management Committee. She is the rising President of the Sacramento Valley Dermatology Society and consults for several pharmaceutical companies. When not in the office, Dr. Horner enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family.
