SAN RAMON — Hill Physicians Medical Group is poised for a boost in its already robust membership in Marin and Sonoma counties, as UnitedHealthcare joins the list of contracted health plans that offer access to the extensive Hill Physicians network, starting May 1.
Hill Physicians, which delivers quality health care to nearly 400,000 patients across Northern California, currently serves about 5,700 members in Marin and Sonoma, since it entered the market in September 2024. Members have access to more than 350 physicians at 46 MarinHealth Medical Network clinic locations, MarinHealth Medical Center, and a number of independent practices.
Hill Physicians counts more than 6,000 providers in its vast network that covers 14 counties in Northern California, including San Francisco, the East Bay, Sacramento and Stockton.
In addition to UnitedHealthcare, the Hill Physicians network is available with several other commercial health plans in Marin and Sonoma Counties, including Aetna, Anthem, Canopy Health, Cigna, Health Net, and Western Health Advantage.
