Hill Physicians Inks Deal to Affiliate with Santa Clara County Independent Practice Association (SCCIPA)
Hill Physicians Medical Group (Hill Physicians) has entered into an agreement for Santa Clara County Independent Practice Association (SCCIPA) to join the Hill Physicians enterprise. As part of that agreement, Hill Physicians would also acquire SCCIPA’s management services organization, Pacific Partners Management Services, Inc. (PPMSI), from an affiliate of HCA Healthcare.
