​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Medicare is a federal health insurance program for people who are 65 and older, certain people under 65 who have disabilities, and people with end-stage renal disease. Medicare is made up of four parts –​ Hill Physicians contracts with health plans to offer Medicare Advantage (Part C).​  To learn more about Medicare read about the A, B, C, Ds of Medicare. ​

How to Select Hill Physicians

  1. Select a Medicare Advantage plan that works with Hill Physicians.
  2. Choose your Hill Physicians primary care doctor on our physician directory.
  3. Provide your doctor’s name and “Hill Physicians Medical Group” when you enroll.

​How to find a Medicare Advantage Plan 

Online: Hill Physicians partners with eHealth to connect you with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement Insurance and Prescription Drug Part D Plans. They offer plans from numerous health insurance companies and provide guidance through the enrollment process. Find a Medicare Advantage plan through eHealth.

Sales events: Medicare sales events allow you to learn about the Medicare options in your area to help find the plan that’s right for you. Many of these events are webinars, allowing you to get the information you need from the safety of your home. All events are led by licensed sales representatives. Find a Medicare sales event in your area.

Educational events: Educational Events s events allow you to learn about the basics of Medicare. Find a Medicare educational event in your area.

Phone: You can call an eHealth licensed sales representative at 1 (844) 965-1367 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 7 days per week. You can also call this number for accommodations of persons with special needs at meetings.
